EA Sports Active: That’s We Called Sport!

EA Sports Active is a step beyond the concept Wii Fit. Unlike Nintendo’s game, the EA offers a variety of training and a wide range of exercises.

Training.
The duration of training ranging from 20 minutes up to almost a few hours’ duration. When choosing a caloric expenditure will see planned for him. As we do the exercises we are seeing in real time the calories you are going to lose. The incredible thing of the duration of these exercises is that during the 50 minutes it can take the training will be with us continuously to the voice of our coach. Phrases such as “with every movement your body molds” or “go Tipaza you will be” are the daily and do not want to help motivate and work with more enthusiasm.

Another plus is the ability to unlock achievements such as “done squat 100 or 1,000 calories lost.” Achievements, although rare, are another motivating exercises every day. Furthermore, the game allows us to put our own goals.

Accessories
ea-sports-active-coverThe game includes two supplements that help you do the exercises: a headband and a thigh support that we can include in our nunchako. Both are very good quality, sturdy and with an ability to use pretty good.

As a curious remark that the tape may seem weak, or we may give the impression that the pressure that we apply during the exercises will not pose a challenge. I have to say that we should not look at the degree of pressure that gives us a recurrence and that the effort appears in the time we have to do a series of exercises and maintain a pace of continuous repetitions. At that time viereis and not as weak as you think the resistance posed by the tape.

The game is compatible with the Wii Balance Board. I could not try the exercises that make use of it, but it’s still good to know that we can further expand our experience with the game using Nintendo’s device.

Conclusion
A good option that goes one step further by training at home and not left as in the attempt, in my opinion, happened to Nintendo’s Wii Fit.

Contains various exercises and through the coach’s comments unlockables and achievements, we will get more motivated to lose weight or just tone up our muscles.
